In my opinion: spend 20$ more and get a GTX 470.

Get an XFX black edition 750+Samsung f3 separately for 10$ more.

Overclock that CPU, I don't suggest voltmods as that's how you break things, but consider dropping 20$ on an Hyper 212+ and overclocking it at stock voltage.

Looks like a fine build, bump the i7 930 to a 950, the price difference is like $20 and you get a significant clock boost for the price. Other then that it looks good. I would also consider weather you will SLI that GTX460, if so I would get a 750 watt PSU.

would doing a SLI setup with them be a significant increase? i wouldn't do it now. but maybe after a year.
