Changing Graphics card,

I want to buy an Nvidia Geforce GTX 480 but I'm not sure if my psu will be able to handle it. I'm not sure what psu I have.
My system specs are listed below:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5GHz
6GB DDR2 RAM/MEMORY
Nvidia Geforce GT 320
1TB HDD.
Im wondering if you can workout my psu or something with those specs that came with this computer.
