Which computer is better?

Hello there,
I am currently trying to figure out which computer is the best. I will be using this computer for a long time. I have an upgrade plan for each of the computers.

I'm going to add a radeon hd 5770 or gtx460 and upgrade to 8gb ram.

I am going to add a GTX 460 or Radeon Hd 5770 to this computer.

If these upgrades are bad, please recommend what you think is the best choice. I just want the best deal i can get. I live in Canada. They both end up at the same price. Which one is more reliable?

you can't crossfire on the first one, cuz it isn't Xfire ready but your second link doesn't work so i can't really give much advice

The second link is a Gateway computer - not a good choice.
