Help w/ RAM in BIOS (PRIME95 Fails)

I need help adjusting my RAM voltages and timing.
I get BSOD maybe once a day and PRIME95 passes small test but fails blend test in about 2 seconds.

Mobo: ASUS P7p55d-e Pro

rated voltage was 1.65V so thats what I set DRAM to in BIOS.
rated timings was 7-8-7-24 but it crashed when i tried 7-8-8-24 so im doing 8-8-8-24.

I can get into windows and do normal operations but fails prime95 in 2 seconds.

  1. I have the same RAM and facing some BSODs (but my system is AMD). RAM rated voltage is 1.6V not 1.65V. So first try 1.6v only.

    How many DIMM modules you are using ?

    I don't have issue in Prime95 (ran at-most for 8 or 9 hours till now in single go); but facing some random crashes mostly once in a day.

    Now playing with CPU and RAM voltages and at the moment my RAM voltage is 1.61v (I am using 4 modules of RAM means 2 kits).

    Try setting it to 7-8-7-24 - 40 - 2T _and_ voltage to 1.6v (not 1.65v)
  2. Please disregard henydiah's usual babble. He makes zero sense. Why he would tell you to disable cstate, c1e and speedstep makes absolutely zero sense, just like the majority of his posts.

    Anyways, If the ram will not run stable at 1600/1.6v/7-8-7-24, then return it.

    However you never stated what speed your running it at. Is it set at 1600mhz?
