Weird problems with my PC and Crysis

I am having this weird problem with my PC.

My Specs: i5 750 @ 2.67 with 8gb of ddr3, p55 ftw motherboard, gtx 260 GPU, and 850W PSU Running Windows 7 64 bit.

Problem: I run the crysis demo, its starts working and in my screen appears the message: This demo is intended for ... purposes and then BAM by computer restarts.
I then run the crysis benchmark tool, in 1920x1080 res no AA and everything on high and I get this result:

Run #1- DX10 1920x1080 AA=No AA, 32 bit test, Quality: High ~~ Overall Average FPS: 3618,5

My temps were: Max GPU : 73ºC Max CPU 41ºC

Then something even stranger happens, under global settings ( still in the crysis benchmark tool) I check the 64 bit box, and then run the benchmark. The game starts loading but instead of doing the benchmark the demo runs and I start playing with absolutely no problems just a bit of lag with the autosave.

Can somebody tell me what the problem could be ?

Thank you

maybe a compatability problem between 32 bit crysis and your 64 bit windows 7. Just leave the 64 bit button ticked if it works like that.
