No need to worry about the power requirement for your motherboard....this will depend on the graphic card you are going to buy...what's your budget by the way...

The easiest way without worrying about Power Supply is buy HD5670 or GT240, those cards aren't need much power, 300W of PSU is just enough... :)

Its right going with the hd 5670 will be your best option...its really a great card and as wa1 said there is no threat of changing psu too....

I think 9600gt will be compatible with your system...but still i will recommend the hd 4670 over 9600gt...
reasons....
1. Performance is almost equal
2.hd 4670 cost 4.6k india and 9600gt is of over 5k..

so if spending less than the 9600gt can get you same performance then it is better to go with hd 4670..
moreover the new ati catalyst have improved the performance of almost every ati card about 5-8 % so ....you have a choice to make...

@ wa1
I know it's better than hd 4670...but the guy here want's to go with 9600gt, and already we both have given him the same option i.e hd 5670...but he want 9600gt...
so in front of 9600gt hd 4670...i have given the option...
