Help With Partitions

I installed windows 8 in a 40 GB partition, so I could dual-boot with my windows 7. I really like windows 8, so now I want to make it my primary OS. Can I allocate my other 900 GB to windows 8
Edit: And move my files to windows 8

Then could I at least allocate the rest of my memory to Windows 8, without saving my stuff? If yes, how?

All I have come up with is just shrinking the win7 partition as I manually move my games over, will that work?
