Will this fit a Noctua + graphics card?

Would this motherboard be usable with an i7 2500K and a Noctua? I'm afraid the Noctua will be too big and bulge into the Graphics card space beneath it.

it shouldn't, then again u didnt specify which CPU cooler ur using. But im using a Ultra X7 with two fans and it doesnt touch my GPU in the top slot
