My computer wont boot after restart .. any help ?

i hit the restart button and when the computer restarts it stuck at motherboard screen .. it wont load windows .. i have to unplug it leave it for couple of minutes and plug it .. then it will start (windows 7 64bit )
 
Solution
There are power settings in your BIOS that tell the computer what to do after you press the restart button. Try changing your BIOS power settings so that the computer restarts and doesn't just turn off. I can't quite remember but it will be mfr specific - could be something like PWR button < 4 seconds, AC power loss restart etc.

Check your motherboard manual if poss.
