Hi, I'm considering to get MSI P67A-GD53 (B3) for my Sandy Bridge 2500K Build.

I do plan to oc the cpu & the gpu. I would like SLI available for my GTX560 Ti graphic card.

I do hear Asus & Gigabytes makes good motherboards, but really don't know which one to choose, since there are so many motherboards out there.

Please help :) and thanks in advance!

Yes, there are a lot of motherboards. Asus, MSI, Gigabyte are all good, reliable brands. You can also go for ASRock. The thing you should consider are the features and prices. Since you plan to SLI make sure there's 2 PCIe slots (x16,x8) you will also need a decent power supply around 600W if you plan to overclock and SLI.
