I have a Laptop Acer ( 6 month old ) with Win.7, no USB devise is recognized on the 3 available ports. The USB sticks are not shown in “ my computer “ neither is the mouse shown in the hardware manager. The light on the mouse shines very flaw. Is that a clear indication that the computer needs a repair ( hardware problem ) or can I still do something ells to fix the problem.
