Psu advice for my pc

hello.
my pc comprises of following harware
core 2 due e8400 3 ghz
corsair ddr2 2gbx2
xfx 780i motherboard
500gb hard disk
evga gtx 470
8x 120mm fans
2 optical drives
v8 cpu cooler
i have cooler mater 600w psu 12 months old should this be enough. or should i change it

suggest me the best power supply .antec cooler master corsair and xfx available in my country.
