Sata 3 controller cards

Hello,
I am upgrading a dell 730 with sata 2 on board controller. I want to purchase an ssd sata 3 hard drive. This will require a sata 3 controller card. Will this card be bootable as I want windows 7 on this card. I have already purchased an intel 520 ssd. Any suggestions?

Do brother to buy the SATAIII add-in card only for the SSD, 1) you need the expensive card ( at least pcieX4), 2) not all the cards work well.

Just connect the SSD into the intel SATAII ports, you can feel the differences between SATAII and SATAII in real usage and only can see the differneces in benchamrk scores.
