Windows 7 on SSD

Hi. I have a very quick question to ask. If I put windows 7 on my 256gb crucial m4 SSD, will all the programs on windows 7 load faster with it? Or will I have to install all the programs on my SSD instead of HDD?

Yes, overall system performance will improve for all applications, whether installed to the SSD or the HDD as Windows itself (installed on the SSD) will be faster. Of course, the most increases will be for those apps installed to the SSD.
