How to reset Pelco DX9200HDDI storage unite

The unite has been replaced with new HHDs and need a reconfiguration.. but it get stuck at the configuration process.. so i need a way to master reset the firmware of DX9200HDDI RAID..

Its illegal to reset SMART array of Hard Drives, you cant do that, it avoids warranty also.
But u can install latest firmware. Consider your manufacture website to see if you can find your way out.

It does not have warranty anyway.. and it is possible to reset.. i found out.. U just have to press and hold the power reset button for 10 second and swith-off the main power button .. Do not release the power reset button while you are doing this.. Then wait for 10 second and turn of the power button while pressing on the power reset button..

Then you are done with the firmware reset..
