I installed win 7 on my Dell Optiplex 280, but some features on the display property on dxdiag indicates agp texture disabled, which makes it difficult for some feature for windows 7, e.g. the transparency of windows is not working and some games as well as some programs. I guess the drives for Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family is not all that compatible for win 7. Probably I need currently release drivers win 7 support. <Anyway, I have tried several different versions> thanks

Intel didn't release a WDDM driver for the 915 video chipset, because it doesn't support Hardware Scheduler, which is a hardware feature that is lacking. You can still use it with Windows 7, buy Aero and transparencies aren't going to work.
