I'm just about to order all the parts, but just before i do, i'd just like to confirm that a corsair 500w PSU would be enough to run;
-3 Sata Hard drives
-Athlon II X3 445 3.1 GHz Overclocked to as far as i can get it with this an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro rev 2, so say 3.7GHz.
-GTX 460 also overclocked as far as i can, so say around 850 core.
-A couple of fans.

So if you could just confirm that it all wouldn't explode when i turn it on i would be very gratefull,

Yes surely.. Although, if you are asking with reference to the CX 500, I'll recommend you to opt for the VX 550..

Thanks, and out of interest, why would you opt for the 550?

The VX series is a Tier above the CX series in terms of quality and poweR output.. Also, the price difference is not that significant.. So unless you are on a strinGent budget scenario, it is recommended to opt for the VX 550.. You can also look at the Seasonic S12II 520 as a viable alternative..
