Q - What do mean? Are you saying your MOBO is not detecting the CPU <or> some other add-on Card e.g. GPU?

Q - There are at least (3) three version of BIOSTAR G31-M7 {TE, V6.1, and OC}; which exact MOBO do you have?

Q - What exact CPU?
Q - What exact 'Card'?
