Will I have trim with two vertex 4' in raid 0 under this setup? I'm not sure if the chipset is supported...

More about trim raid chipset
  1. No - Intel announced TRIM support on RAID but only starting with panther point 7-series chipsets (B75, Z77, etc) : http://www.anandtech.com/show/6161/intel-brings-trim-to-raid0-ssd-arrays-on-7series-motherboards-we-test-it

Trim and raid0 ssd arrays work with intel 6series (P67 and Z68) motherboards too.

For your case, you can just log-off you pc (not turn off), let it set o/n once for month or weeks, let the GC to work and keep your SSD in good performances.
