Need help on Build for Childcare center kids 3-10. $150 average

I am helping a friend out and am planning on building him 5 computers for his Childcare center here in Las Vegas. I showed him the Lenovo compact computer for $219 but he said he needs it to have CD rom on each one for kids to learn from the CD's that he has. If someone can help us get a list going so I can order and build these computers I would really appreciate it. I only have been building the i7 gaming rigs and wouldnt know where to look to build a cheap reliable computer. Thank in advance. Will not need to connect to the internet as well.

^ Well you could build a decent PC(Sans OS/ Monitor) for less than $200 no issues...

Since the OS isn't included in a build and it'll ad $90 or so to each, I'd check major stores online for closeout deals $300. Staples, Office Max, fry's Tiger Direct, Dell, HP etc. as they'd come with some kind of warranty and be ready to go & wouldn't have to make time to build 5 units.
