Dell d600 won't trn on but only flashes for some seconds

Hello,
please i need help on how to fix dell latitue d600 that won't turn on when the power button is being press but only flashes for some seconds and goes off

Try pressing on the F9+F10 firmly while pressing the power button, if this works, could be loose connection under the F9/F10/F11 etc etc.
