E3400 vs X2 250

Hey, i was looking around on ebuyer (uk) and i came across the Celeron E3400, compared to the 250 the only difference is the clock speed and yet its £8 more? (I can OC so that brings that argument out)

Without including the ability to upgrade to newer CPU's (with the right board) What is your take on this? good deal?

The Celeron is a Intel chip and the x2-250 is AMD.

So I would go AMD as it is faster and will be easier to upgrade, as the socket the celeron uses is end of life.
