Adding 3rd monitor to PC

Hello,

I have 3 PC's and all have ATi graphics and added PCI graphics cards. I currently have 2 monitors plugged into the PCI graphics card but i want to add a 3rd monitor and when i add a monitor to the on board VGA adapter, nothing comes up and it looks like it does not even register that it is plugged in

can anyone help

do you mean for eyefinity? it cant be spread across multiple GPU's. all 3 monitors have to be hooked up to one. your also going to need an Active Displayport Adapter for one of the monitors
