Looking for a 2 CPU overclock motherboard socket 1366

I am looking for a motherboard that can support 2 xeon x5690's and be able to be overclocked can any1 help?

oh sorry must be able to support up to 64 gb of ram on each cpu

Wow, I don't know if the Intel® Xeon® X5690 can even be overclocked. As far as reaching the memory needed that is possible with the S5520HC which can support these processors and reach up to 192GB of memory total.
