IRacing PC Build

I was wondering if anyone with computer building background and iRacing experience would let me know if the following components would make for a good iRacing machine (and potentially some 3D CAD work - SolidWorks). Also if it would support 3 monitors incase I go that route down the road (not sure what I need to support that).

I'm looking for good performance (consistent 60+ fps, high detail settings, etc.) and hoping to stay under $800 (the cheaper the better!). I tried to do as much research as I could on the subject and then came up with this list for only $700. Also, since this would be my first build, I'm not sure if all these parts would even be compatible with each other. Any help would be grateful!

^^ Did you check for combos?? And also I dont think you would need that mobo as you are going with a Nvidia card...

How about taking your list but upgrading to a 700W power supply. On all the builds I read for iRacing, everyone suggested at least 650W PS for the system. It'll only add $20 to the overall build.

Before purchasing all this stuff, I want to make sure everything is compatiable and will work together right out of the box. I've never built a computer before and just want to make sure I don't buy stuff that won't work.

^ The PSU requirements, depend on the graphic card you are using and not the game...
That OCZ 700W unlike its other lowered powered versions doesnt perform well...
If you want a higher powered PSU, then check this out -
Corsair 650TX + Samsung F3 1TB - But it would be of little use though...

I just wanted to say thanks gkay! I built the system you recommended and it runs great! I can run races on iRacing with full files and don't dip below 80-90 fps.
