Which RAM is better

Hello, I'm working on my first gaming build, now I already have picked out my parts, posted on the forums for advise, revised my build, and was all set to buy everything in about a month. However newegg.com is currently running a promotion for $20 off a set of RAM (4gb x 2), and my question is in two parts. First is the RAM on promotion better than the RAM I selected, and if so is it okay to purchase now before the promotion ends? Thank you for any advice you can contribute.

It's a no brainer - the F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM is a better buy; the F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL often in 4x4GB won't run at DDR3 1600 and often will only run at DDR3 1333 speeds -- the F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM doesn't seem to have this limitation but often as 4x4GB runs at DDR3 1600 CAS 9 @ 1.50~1.55v.
