  1. The simple answer is it will always be slower than the faster drive but the real answer is it depends.
    Depends on the technology being used in the drives
    Depends on where on the drives you're readingwriting to. The inner tracks of the fast drive should be slower than the outter tracks of the slow drive.

  3. If your game has a lot of load levels, you should see a slight improvement.
