Can i use my DIR 615 DLink wireless router as a wired repeater

Hello,Hi I have a netgear dual band WNDR3300 {N300} as my primary wireless router but get no signal on my second floor. I connected my Dir-615 with an ethernet cable from my netgear router on the first floor to the dlink router on the second floor and I need to know how to complete the setup so the dlink will broadcast the signal on the second floor of my house. HELP!
