Yep! The i5-2500K works on any LGA 1155 MOBO, but it's best suited on either a P67 or Z68 chipset to allow for OC'ing. The ASUS P8P67 LE is an LGA 1155 'P67' chipset MOBO

What jaquith said is right. The i5-2500k should be use on either P67/Z68 because H61/67 doesn't offer any overclocking. i5-2500k is a beast in overclocking.
