Can i upgrade my graphics card?

Last response: in Graphics & Displays

I recently purchased a HP Touchsmart 300-1020 Desktop PC. Looking to upgrade my graphics card but after doing a little reading online I'm not sure if I can? It says it is "intergrated" and from my understanding that means its connected to the motherboard in such a way I'd have to have a genius take apart my computer to put in a better graphics card? Any help would be appreciated I'm not great with the internal workings of computers just trying to boost this up to play FFXIV smoother. Meeting just above the minimum requirements :ouch:

I believe this is an all-in-one PC so probably not. I don't think there is free PCI-E slot and there probably wouldn't be enough room for one if you pulled something out.

No, you cannot upgrade video cards on all-in-one PCs.

Sorry dude. Similar 98% of the laptops out there you cannot upgrade the video card in your "All-in-One" PC.

You have the following choices:

1. Live with the limitation.
2. Buy an actual PC that will allow up to upgrade parts.
