Can't boot up after adding new memory

I have a pc which is veriton m480 and bought a new memory which is kingston DDR3 1333 (PC3-10600) 4G. Originally the system already has kinston 2G DDR3 and works well. But now after adding the new memory, the system won't boot up after pressing power on (the screen is black). What might be the problem?

IF the Kingston is a single 1x4GB then it's not supported, the maximum per DIMM slot is 2GB or 4x2GB.
