Newbie with AMI Bios Question

Just finished my first build.

Was wondering if there is a way to eliminate all or part of the huge AMI POST screen at power-up?

I am using an ASUS MOBO and Ubuntu 11.04.

Not knowing 'what' ASUS MOBO: 1. Quick Boot [Enabled], 2. Full Screen Logo [Disabled], 3. Hit ‘DEL’ Message Display [Disabled], 1st Boot Device -> Primary HDD & 2nd Boot Device -> DVD.
