Can someone help look through my build

Hey, my old pc died recently want want to build a new pc. Just wanted you guys to look at these specs, and see if they work, and maybe suggest different/better/cheaper part!
Just as a note, this isn't a pc intended specifically for gaming, i play a few games (mainly WoW) but nothing too demanding, i just want a pc that will last me a while:

The corsair RAM might be overpriced and is cas9. See if you can find some cas7 Gskill, Geil or Mushkin for cheaper. It also doesnt list the Voltage, and you want RAM below 1.65V for certain and 1.5V or less if possible.

*edit* Corsair forums says those are 1.5V RAM

Well i've looked around and theres this:

Stuck with that site? Their RAM selection is weak.

The corsair will work fine if you cant find better for the same price.


Dont that RAM that has the word "generic" on it touch your motherboard.
