My pc crashes when it gets heavy load

My pc crashes when it gets heavy loads like running the 3Dmark.

Can it be a temperature problem?
Or insufficient power?

In idle it run those temps.:
CPU: 65 degrees.
GPU: 45 degrees.
MB: 31 degrees.
ICH: 48 degrees.
IOH: 52 degrees.

My build:
i7 930, stock cooler
ASUS Rampage III Extreme
3x2Gb Corsair xms3 1600MHz, CL9.
EVGA e-GeForce 8800 GTX, 768MB
Thermaltake Toughpower, 700W
SATA3, 1TB, WD Caviar Black, 7200RPM

65°C is to high for the CPU at idle. It is a possible culprit with load since the temp goes up. Cleaning and re seating the heat sink with new thermal compound might be the solution.

hey

I found the problem. The heat channel from my graphic card was blocked. It then overheated my GPU and shut down my pc. Now it all works without crashing !

That's great news. Remember that housekeeping inside is essential to keep temps down.
