Hello,what type of processor does the GA-P35-S3G motherboard uses. I am not hearing the usual klicking sound and the monitor is not coming on (no signal).

That Gigabyte board supports a number of different processors. Check out the list here. Pretty much anything for LGA775.

As for the clicking sound, not sure if you mean the clicking sound of a CRT monitor coming on or something else. If it is something else, could mean something is broken. If that is the case, time to tear it apart and start diagnosing the problem. Read this sticky to help you out.

Check from where the sound's coming from, it could be your hard drive...
