Will My power supply run a gtx 260 core 216

I have a generic brand power supply, it says 700W but also says max 679W on the side. It has 3 12 volt rails, 1 with 18a and 2 with 16a


If I run a gtx 260 c216 and an e8400.. will my power supply be able to run it. I really dont want to have to upgrade the powersupply

Yes, that will be more than enough. Your computer probably won't use half of that 679.

700watt p.s.u is well enough for your gtx 260 as well as the e8400 processor to operate on......even people having less watt p.s.u than yours are able to play games and enjoy their computer related activities without any problem.....
