Intel beeping at startup

Hello,
I have an Intel HP Pavilion 061 with internal video and it constantly beeps at startup until I press f1 at first screen. how do I stop the beeping?

Do you know the model of your system's motherboard? Also, is there a specific number of beeps, or does it beep continuously until you do something?

It beeps continuos until I press F1 at first window. It asks to pess F1 or F10 . Then window comes up to press F1 or F2 to continue. Only beeps at first window. Checked cpu fan and it runs fine. Installed latest driver for the video card and video is fine.

Only thing it doesn't have is floppy drive.

When it tells you to press F1 it has another message. That message relates to a problem in BIOS for example the BIOS can not locate floppy drive.

How old is it? Did this behavior begin only recently? Your CMOS battery may be dead.
