I have an Intel HP Pavilion 061 with internal video and it constantly beeps at startup until I press f1 at first screen. how do I stop the beeping?

It asks to pess F1 or F10 . Then window comes up to press F1 or F2 to continue. Only beeps at first window. Checked cpu fan and it runs fine. Installed latest driver for the video card and video is fine.
