Hello,
I am unable to copy file from pc to pendrive. the message i am getting on my pc when i am trying to copy a particular file from pc to pendrive is " Access is denied make sure the disk is not write protected and that the file is not currently in use "
It's not that the pendrive is write-protected because I have tried with many other pendrives and still the same message " Access is denied make sure the disk is not write protected and that the file is not currently in use "
I know there is some problem with my PC as those pendrives works on other PCs. Please tell me how to fix this problem.

what is the file you are copying?? Are you able to copy different files?? If so it's possible that the particular file is being accessed by a background process and can't be touched.

If that is the case, try clossing applications, processes, or boot in safe mode, before copying the file.

I am going to guess there is a security setting that is preventing this.

Is this a company machine provided to you?
