So since i wont game at a higher resolution than 1280x1024 and wont do extreme overclocking, are some of the parts overkill? Any suggestions to improve my build?

Many thanks, sir knights!

So if i dont upgrade my monitor, i can go with a cheaper video card and will still be able to run games at max settings? Sounds cool to me, but what about soon to be released demanding games (I can`t think of any)? The choice of motherboard sounds right with you guys, i'm glad because i really wasn't sure what matx board to get. Regarding the power supply, will 520W be enough even if i decide to overclock the CPU/GPU?

Oh and i was looking for a keyboard with back lighting, what would you suggest? I currently have a Logitech G11 but its huge and the back light is sooo weak. I like em BRIGHT so you can actually see the keys in the dark.

Again, many thanks!

520 is more then enough for any system with a single graphics card under a 4870x2/gtx 480/gtx295/5970
