Strong Enough PSU?

Sorry I wasn't sure where to post this, as i'm new here Hope this is the right section

I'm looking to get a

Right now the system specs are;

AMD Phenom II x6 1090T 3.20GHz

ASRock 890FX DELUXE3 AM3 AMD 890FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333

600wat PSU I don't know what brand, its the PSU that came with the system so probably not the greatest thing since sliced bread, but right now i haven't had any problems.

Another question that im not as concerned about is, would water cooling be the way to go in the future? Right now it's a cramped fit as i upgraded from the Micro atx to that new ATX board.

A 5xx W psu will handle any single vid card system, so by the numbers you should be fine.

600W PSU isn't tell us anything about your PSU.
Open your case and see it for yourself, there's must be sticker on it...
AS for water cooling, it depends on your hardware and what are you going to do, i.e heavy overclocking (4.0GHz or more).
