Setting Up my HDD?

My OS is on my SSD, and the SSD shows up, but the HDD doesn't under the "Computer" tab in libraries, what do I need to do to be able to use this drive?

Start Menu -> Type in Disk Management -> option along the lines of "Create and format HDD partitions" should come up, click on it -> the HDD will be in there -> Right Click and initialize it -> then format it using the NTFS file format -> should now be recognized by the OS.
