Laptop shows a no cable connection screen

Hello When i click the start up button, my laptop opens but does not load the microsoft windows we usually see upon opening the netbook. Just now, when i opened the netbook, i heard two nonconsecutive beeps. Evertime my netbook does not boot, i restart it. What could be the problem?

it may be a video card driver issue,,,, try to check it... or go to a repair center for your netbook.... let them check... hope it works...
