HD4850 and GTS250 is about the same performance, but HD5770 is MUCH better and consumes lesser power...
What is your current PSU? brand? model?

Unfortunately, the 5770s in India sell for 9000-10000 rupees at least. So if you want it you have to stretch your budget. However you can get a 5750 for ~8000 rupees. It also consumes less power and should perform a little better than the 4850/GTS 250.It supports DX 11 as well.

460w PSU should be enough. Sapphire makes good ones that are cheap, HIS is a good brands but some people had problems
