GTX 470 - Which Board?

I'm seem to be settling on the GTX 470 for my next build. Prices seem to start $300 and seem to go up to the $380 range. Most of the cards have essentially the same specs. Occasionally one might have factory overclocking.

Other than the latter, is there anything much to differentiate the cards from different manufacturers? Is there anything wrong with just going for the cheapest one from a reputable mfgr? What are people recommending?

It is pointless to spend money on factory OCed cards.Get one from a reputable brand(I like EVGA, but all of them are essentially the same), which comes at a cheap price.

The main difference is the cooling... as each brand has their own cooling. I'd reccomend reading some reviews as to which offers the best cooling... since it will most likely be the best overclocker

I dont know about 470s, but with the 460s... the MSI cyclone has the best cooling. As a result, it can overclock beyond the 'super overclocked' versions you pay $30 more for
