CPU and Mobo FSB Compatability Question

So I'm new to building computers, and I'm wondering. Would an AMD Athlon II X3 450 CPU be compatible with a BIOSTAR Micro ATX AM3 Motherboard? Here's links to the products:

I read something about the FSB rating of a motherboard, that if the CPU bus speed is too powerful it wont work to its full potential, and I don't know anything about the FSB and whatnot, so I'm asking for confirmation. If it won't work, please find a CPU that will. Preferably an AMD with 3.0GHz, socket AM3.
