btw just so u know, in my opinion msi is not a good brand, my experience with them was bad, ASUS can eat msi for breakfast, so i would rather pay a little bit higher and get an Asus, Gigabyte is an excellent brand too. ;)

btw whats the pc main purpose, like is it for gaming, browsing . . .
and do you plan to overclock?

Hey dude i currently have the p67a-g43 msi board but i paid 134. @ the time. No complaints. you can check my comment on newegg 3rd page 3 comment down from top. I am doing 4.5ghz on vocre of 1.24 with my i5 2500k. with this board at ssd i boot into windows under 10 seconds
