Depends on how much you want to spend. Also make sure you look for a list of supported CPU's for that motherboard. Normally OEM boards are VERY picky when it comes to CPU upgrades. I assume you can install up to am AM2+ x4 940 with a bios update but first I would research that info before buying the CPU.

upgrading is not the problem am seeing the problem is the guy at best buy said that i dont have anymore space in the machine. or will these parts take the old stuff space. either way idk what to do but to just go out and pray an i7 pc will do it. for now play on low settings if i dont get the 940 which i prolly will but like u say anything higher prolly replace more then what i have to already sent 300 on the ati card and installments. but the real problem is the space the dude is saying

Sir, im not understanding what you mean by "it wont fit". You have 2 choices, either overclock that CPU to at least 2.6Ghz to reduce the bottleneck or buy a faster CPU like the 940 that I suggested. The 940 is plenty CPU power for this game, you can aslo overclock it to about 3.4Ghz with the stock cooler if you want. On the other hand you can upgrade both the board and CPU for about 160.00$ US, you choose ;)

which one you think its best? spend 125 on 940. or spend an extra 40 and get board n cpu for 160? which one will make the game run smoother or should i say abetter benchmark. and by "fit" i mean space inside the pc. thats what the man said to me he said i wont have much room for more upgrades idk if what he saying is true but i will check with them soon

for now I would just go with the 940 because a new board would require you to re-install Windows and it more of a hassle, later on you can buy a cheap AM2+ mini-ATX board if needed. The 940 paired with your 5770 will do just fine ;)

build your own PC to your standards, its cheaper and you get a much better upgrade path.
