How do i configure a wireless network adapter card in windows 7?

Networking and Sharing Centre>Manage Wireless Connections then in Properties>Advanced, you should see a Configure button but it shouldn't need any tweaking. If it's software is correctly installed, it should work straight out of the box. Are you thinking about telling the new card the the security settings?
