Right now i have an Amd Phenom ii x4 955be, 4 gigs ddr2 ram, running 2 5770s. the question i have. im looking to upgrade. Should i upgrade the gpus to 2 6870s or upgrade my amd to an intel chip. I am looking at the i7 950, ASUS Sabertooth X58 Motherboard, and 4 gb 1333 ddr3 ram. i know the intel setup is a little more than the 2 6870s but im curious what would be the better upgrade. this rig is used 85% gaming 15% media. Thanks

GPUs.... Phenom 4 955 should have tons of juice still. 4GB is more than minimums these days... (I'd say 2GB is needed for sure, 4GB is nice, and 6/8GB if you have the dough)

16GB is nice but overkill lol

Go with XFX since they are US based and have a LIFETIME warranty.

GPUs for sure I say

Your current CPU is still fast enough even for 2-3 years more. You can OC it to get more performance. 4GB of RAM is enough no need more than that for now.
If you want to upgrade then you can upgrade your GPU. You can sell your 2xHD5770 and get a single HD6870 for now and add another one later if you have money...
