Upgrading Intel Chipset Family?

Hello,

I want to upgrade my Intel 1545 graphics card (which is a Mobile Intel(R) Series Express Chipset Family) in order to play current games with demanding system requirements. What is the best option for me?

Most of laptops aren't upgradeable...
